Indian Idol 7 - Catch Up With The Auditions Going On

Once again get ready to hear the most rhythmic voices full of sweetness and appeals. “ Ye Hai Mauke Ki DASTAK” is the loud roar slogan of this reality show and you need no introduction about the likeness of this show among the spectators. How can we forget the melodic voices of prior winners Abhijeet Sawant, Prashant Tamang, Vipul Mehta and more which I expect you know better.

Indian Idol 2016 Auditions:

Auditions have already started with enthusiastic participants who are ready to swing the minds of the judges with their melodious symphony voices. There are few steps which you have to go through before attending the LIVE auditions of Indian Idol 2016. 

Anu Malik is expected to be the judge of the show and his presence is stable for years, but his judge mates keep on changing. According to the sources, judges will be same who were present in the previous season. Assumed judges can be the melody king Sonu Nigam, Anu Malik, Sunidhi Chauhan and Salim Merchant. They will be nurturing the voice talents and selecting the perfect contestants for their team, but the sole evaluator of this show will be the audience.

Auditions have been already carried out in cities with a power packed city of Bhubneshwar, Guwhati, Varanasi, Lucknow, Jaipur and Indore. Upcoming scheduled auditions are as follows:

Indian Idol 2016 Regulations for Participation:

1)   A contestant must be a citizen of India with minimum age 16 and should not be more than 30 years of age. Registration has already started from September 10.

2)   Must have all the valid ID proofs of its genuine identity, such as PAN card, Adhar card, passport, etc.

3)   Should not have any criminal record and should be physically and mentally sound.

4)   You must submit a video of your singing talent and must have been recorded within past two months. Editing and distortion of video is strictly prohibited.

5)   Clear audio of the contestant’s voice is required in the video with a background music playing at the back. Clear singing voice is necessary without humming.

6)   Audition video should be made with only the contestant participating in the event. The video should not have more than one person.

Registrations are going on and will be continued till 30^th November, 2016 and all the shortlisted candidates will be notified through an email or an SMS. Their names will also be displayed on Indian Idol web portal Indianidol.sonyliv.com.
